WHY IS THE USPS Tracking Link not updating?

We can assure you that this is very normal with USPS shipments. This is especially usual for international shipments where it could take 2-7 business days before their is a tracking scans update. Please also bare in mind that their may be uncontrollable delays due to COVID-19 restrictions. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR YOU TO RESPOND TO MY EMAIL?

We always aim to respond to all email inquiries within 48 business hours.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? 

We aim to have all orders shipped within 48 business hours. Orders do not ship over the weekend.

WHY DO YOU CHARGE SHIPPING?

We charge for shipping because there is a cost with the carrier to ship packages to you. We wish we could offer free shipping but we are a new small boutique and once we grow as a business we may be able to offer that in the future!

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ADDRESS IS INCORRECT?

Please make sure your address entered is 100% correct before placing your order. We are not responsible nor able to correct the address after the order is placed. 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Once your order is placed, we are unable to make changes. We start processing orders right after they are placed. 

I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE USA, DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

Items shipped outside of the USA are subject to import duties and taxes. 

Please note that the cost of duties and taxes for your country are not included in the total of your order.

We do not cover the cost of duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for any and all customs charges due on delivery for the purchase. 

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?

If for any reason you are unable to locate your package, please contact the carrier directly to launch a lost package investigation.

We are not liable for loss of any deliveries. All packages require a signature to confirm a legitimate delivery. 

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We make sure every order is checked and packaged in perfect condition before shipment. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please email us within 1-3 business days of receiving your order with pictures of the product.

After investigating the matter, we will confirm a solution for your order. 

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

We do not offer exchanges or returns, all sales are final.
